Preferred Appointment Time
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm, We see vein patients Wednesdays and Thursdays beteen 9am and 5pm. Please provide a first and second choice date that is a Wednesday or Thursday and a time preference. We will make every attempt to accommodate your first choice. We will contact you during our office hours to confirm your appointment.
